I provide comprehensive physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. Whether you are planning a physiological birth or a scheduled cesarean, I am here to ensure you and your partner feel empowered and heard.
The Support Package
Prenatal Preparation
In-Home Visits: Dedicated time to connect, discuss your birth preferences, and practice comfort measures.
Continuous Access: My phone is always on for your questions, concerns, or simply a listening ear as your "guess date" approaches.
Labor & Birth
On-Call Availability: My bag is packed and I am ready to join you as soon as labor is progressing or your birth is scheduled.
Active Labor Support: I provide continuous, hands-on support from active labor through the birth of your child.
The First Hours: I remain with you for the first 1–2 hours postpartum to assist with initial bonding and comfort.
The Fourth Trimester
Postpartum Visit: A follow-up visit in your home to process your birth story, check on your wellbeing, and celebrate your new addition.

I work in quiet collaboration with your healthcare team. My goal is not to replace your partner or your medical providers, but to stand beside you all—ensuring the environment remains calm and your wishes remain the priority.
